My work emerges from a continuing research into the phenomenology of perception. My current animations begin with a visual investigation into natural and man-made light. The resulting photographs highlight my interests in colour and simplistic abstract forms. The sequential transition of these photographic images is manipulated to create movement on a two dimensional surface.
